Peter Corrigan

Pete Corrigan is assistant vice president of Infrastructure Services at Allstate Insurance Company. He is responsible for the company's technology infrastructure and data center operations.

Under his leadership, Allstate created a virtual data center environment and developed best-in-class monitoring systems for its Web operations. Corrigan also led his large organization to a service delivery model aimed at streamlining and delivering services to the entire company more quickly. In addition, he has driven companywide adoption of the Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) process strategy and standards to improve availability, reliability, performance, and security.

Corrigan joined Allstate in 1986 as a market support manager in the New York Regional Operations Center, where he also was an operations development manager. Other Allstate posts he has held include technology integration manager in the Rochester region, technology manager in the New England region, senior manager, and field operations director in Information Technology.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and a Master's of Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology. He is actively involved with Allstate's Helping Hands community outreach network and the American Cancer Society. Pete and his wife have two children.
