Scott Grafton is Vice President of IT Service Delivery for CNA Insurance in Chicago, Illinois. Scott joined CNA in 2006 to lead the Infrastructure Engineering teams for Hosting, Network, End User Compute, Middleware, and Enterprise Management Frameworks. From 2007 thru February 2008, he also was the lead executive for the build-out and migration of all production systems to CNA's new Tier 3 data center in Aurora, IL. His responsibilities included all aspects of vendor partner selection, contract negotiations, internal talent selection, financial forecasting and delivery.

Scott is currently leading the team responsible for developing, designing, budgeting and planning a second data center to serve as a pre-production, disaster recovery, and business continuity facility.

As a 24 year veteran of IT services, Scott previously held leadership, engineering and sales pursuit positions with EDS, System One and Eastern Airlines. His experience ranges from Account Startup/Shutdown, Data Center Migrations and Operations, Client Delivery, Engineering, Call Center, and Field Services for several Fortune 100 customers.

Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
