Rapheal Holder is vice president of Enterprise Operations for the Commercial, State and Local business group of Northrop Grumman’s Information Technology sector. In this role, Mr. Holder is responsible for delivery of the sector’s standard managed services offering, including data center operations, end user computing, network operations, security, and the Centralized Management Operations Center (CMOC).

Mr. Holder joined Northrop Grumman in 1985 as a junior programmer/ analyst. He worked his way through positions of increasing responsibility including manager of Manufacturing Resource Planning systems and program director for Northrop Grumman’s then Commercial Aircraft Division. Previous to his current role, Mr. Holder was vice president of the IT sector’s Shared Services Operations, where he had worldwide responsibility for Northrop Grumman’s information security, internal help desk, data center operations, and telecommunications. Mr. Holder has more than 13 years of IT management experience, including two years with Trinity Industries where he was a manufacturing systems consultant.

Mr. Holder holds a bachelor’s in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, Commerce, Texas.
