Bill Jones is VP, US Operations for Equifax, Inc. A leading Credit Bureau company with revenues in excess of $1.5B. In this capacity he is responsible for all infrastructure and operations for Equifax's US datacenter facilities, with the largest systems processing in Alpharetta, GA.

Prior to Equifax, Mr. Jones was Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Operations for Interland, Inc. (now Web.Com) He maintained responsibility for the company's information technology and data center operations as well as product development and project management. Mr. Jones has over 25 years of experience in information technology, having previously served as CIO of Tivoli Systems as well as director, North America's Infrastructure Services for the IBM Software Group. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Jones was Director of Operations within the Information Technology group for ENTEX Information Services, a privately held computer systems reseller and services company. Prior to Entex, Mr. Jones spent 14 years with Electronic Data Systems (EDS), holding various technical and management positions with emphasis on information technology operations and product engineering.

Jones performed his under graduate studies at Pennsylvania State University and completed the Cox School of Business Mid-Management program at Southern Methodist University. He served four years with the United States Navy with deployments to the Middle East and Africa.
