Donna Manley is IT Senior Director, Computer Operations within Information Systems and Computing (ISC) at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Donna has more than 15 years in the Investment Banking and Credit Card Banking Industries (JP Morgan, MBNA, First USA/Bank One) in various roles, including Data Center Management, Help Desk Management, Project Management, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management and associated Data Center Operations disciplines.
Following her tenure in Banking, Donna worked in the Data Center Outsourcing industry with Computer Sciences Corporation in Data Center Management, Global Monitoring Center Management, and Customer Relationship roles. During this time, She had many opportunities to touch numerous industries including Education, Health Care, Manufacturing, and Chemical.
Donna holds a B.A. from Neumann College and an MBA from Wilmington University.
For more that three years, Donna has served as ISC IT Sr. Director of Computer Operations at the University of Pennsylvania - Data Center Management and associated Data Center Operations disciplines. She is responsible for leading the ISC Computer Operations' team and its transition to implement the ITIL methodology into day to day operations, introduction of enterprise automation within the Operations environment, and implementation of a Quality Management System. The organization recently attained their ISO 9001 Certification.
In this (and previous) roles, Donna has traditionally been brought in to transform organizations into more efficient operations.

Donna is also proud of her personal accomplishments in Martial Arts. She is a 2nd degree Black Belt in the discipline of Tang Soo Do and is a Martial Arts adult and youth instructor when not at Penn.
